ProFuse™ is a NEW process from Crawford where we “fuse” two thinner gauges together making the end poly product heavier in gauge. “So what?” you may ask. “Why not extrude it to a thicker gauge?”

The reason is Higher Quality Graphics. Offset printers can only print sheets up to 0.035 gauge and require large production runs to make the product cost competitive. You then have the option to screen print your 4CP graphics but the quality of image can never equal offset printing.

ProFuse™ gives you offset quality graphics and low minimums in thicker gauges.
